Carpe Diem na obali - Carpe diem at the seaside

V soboto, 26. junija, (vreme bo v soboto lepo, so obljubili!) se v organizaciji Carpe Diem Cluba dobimo na Primorskem. Pridružite se nam in preživite enkraten dan poln nepozabnih doživetij. Najprej se bomo oglasili pri Vanji Dujcu, proizvajalcu enega najboljših oljčnih olj na svetu, kjer si bomo ogledali njegov oljčni nasad in okušali olja. Za tem se bomo odpravili proti morju, kjer nas bo pričakala Irena Fonda. Njen team nas bo s čolni popeljal na sredo Piranskega zaliva in nam omogočil, da spoznamo njihovo farmo brancinov in školjk, ter nas seznanili z načinom kultivacije, hkrati pa nas bosta vetrc in svežina morja prijetno osvežila. Ladja nas bo naprej popeljala do solin, kjer se bomo seznanili s pridelavo soli in si ogledali muzej. Dan se bo zaključil z večerjo na sami obali, kjer nam bo priznan italijanski kuhar Orlando Bortolami iz restavracije Mediterraneo iz Tamaia pri Pordenonu pripravil izvrstno večerjo. Ob jedeh, ki bodo navdušile še tako razvajene brbončice, boste uživali v odličnih vinih Movia. Ne zamudite te edinstvene priložnosti in preživite z nami dan poln čudovitih razvajanj.

Sabato, 26 giugno, il Carpe Diem Club vi vizierà con una splendida giornata al mare sloveno vicino a Portorose. Cominceremo con l'incontro con lo splendido Vanja Dujc, uno dei migliori produttori di olio di olive nel mondo, dopo di che proseguiremo verso il mare dove ci aspetterà Irena Fonda, simpaticissima, nonché direttrice dell'allevamento dei branzini migliori del mondo (Il branzino Fonda). Il suo team ci porterà al mare per conoscere l'allevamento dei branzini e delle cozze e per rifrescarci con l'aria fresca del mare Adriatico. Con le barche proseguiremo anche fino le saline dove conosceremo la produzione di sale e visiteremo il museo di sale. La serata trascorrerà sulla spiaggia dove il bravissimo chef italiano Orlando Bortolami del ristorante Mediterraneo del Tamai - Pordenone, ci vizierà con una cena da non dimenticare. On Saturday, 26th of June, Carpe Diem Club will take you to the slovene seaside where first we will get to know one of the best olive oil producers worldwide - Vanja Dujc - and taste his excellent olives and olive oils. After that we will proceed to the sea and meet Irena Fonda, director of the Fonda fishfarm. Her team will take us with the boats to the sea where we will see the cultivation of the seabasses and mussels and visit of the salines and salines museum. In the evening we will enjoy a wonderful dinner right at the beach, prepared by excellent italian chef Orlando Bortolami. At the dinner will be served wines of the most famous slovene wineproducer - Movia. Be with us and spend an unforgettable day.

Le Colture in Le Vigne di San Pietro v Restavraciji JB





Prijazno ste vabljeni, da se nam v četrtek, 27. maja ob 19.00, pridružlte v Restavraciji JB na Miklošičevi 17 v Ljubljani, kjer vam bomo ob mojstrovinah Janeza Bratovža predstavili vina dveh vrhunskih vinskih hiš iz Veneta - Le Colture iz Valdobbiadene (TV),  in Le Vigne di San Pietro iz Sommacampagne (VR). Z nami bosta tudi predstavnika obeh vinskih hiš - Alberto Ruggeri in Carlo Nerozzi.

23.5.2010 - Golf and more









Sunday is a day for golf and networking.

A small golf tournament will be organised in collaboration with Marko Korač, the president of the International Manager's Cup and Open Tour:

We decided to limit this tournament to only 20 people who will have an excellent possibility to get to know each other and to enjoy playing together. The cups are waiting for the winners - so the day will be even more exciting.

22. 5. 2010 - Perfection of Simplicity (Domačija Novak)


After the great dinner on Friday night at JB restaurant (JB restaurant is on this year's list of The World's 50 Best Restaurants better then Heinz Beck's La Pergola and Alain Ducasse's Le Louis XV!)

Our unforgettable experience will start at 11h when we will move from Ljubljana to Kostanjevica na Krki.





1st STOP: COLARIČ FARMHOUSE - BRUNCH WITH HOME MADE PRODUCTS
We will arrive there at about 12h and our first stop will be a typical farmhouse. At the Colarič farmhouse we will be able to see the typical farmlife in that part of Slovenia and we will be welcomed with home made bread, home produced cold cuts, vegetables and wine.
 



2nd STOP: KOSTANJEVICA NA KRKI
After visiting the Colarič farm we will visit the smallest and oldest city of the region - Kostanjevica na Krki, which lays on a small island on the river Krka. We will have a walk around the city to get to know this wonderful place.




3rd STOP: BOATING ON THE KRKA RIVER OR VISIT OF THE KOSTANJEVICA CAVE
After the visit of the city we will take the boats and make a small guided trip on the river to see the wonderful nature and city from another perspective. If weather will not be good, we can visit instead Kostanjevica cave.
 



4th STOP: DOMAČIJA NOVAK
At about 17h or 18h we will move to Dvor, small village not far away from Kostanjevica where we will spend our evening at DOMAČIJA NOVAK.





Novak family is a special and wonderful family. They love antiques (they have an antiques shop in Ljubljana) and they love nature and good natural food and wines. This was the base for creation of the Domačija Novak, a wonderful house with a wonderful countryside interior where they spoil their guests with their great kindness and home cooked dishes made from best 100% biological ingridients - most of them produced by them. Since they love good natural wines they are big friends with many wineproducers too and they have a wonderful and rich winecellar.

People at their home are welcomed like friends and when we will arrive there we will have a dinner together with their other guests who normally come from different parts of the world, so we will be able to develop also new contacts.

V marcu vas vabimo, da se nam pridružite, ko bomo skupaj s Primožem Lavrenčičem iz vinske hiše Sutor, spoznavali njihova čudovita vina iz Vipavske regije. Srečanje bo v Vinoteki Movia na Mestnem trgu 4 v Ljubljani 25.3, ob 19h.

SUTOR je morda več kot le zgodba o vinski kmetiji nekje na Zemlji.
Je predanost generacij ljudi svojemu delu, ljubezen do zemlje, sonca in neba. Je poskus razumeti, uresničiti usodo. Je vino.

Sutor, latinsko čevljar, je domače ime posestva. Nekoč naj bi bila na tej vinogradniški kmetiji tudi čevljarska delavnica. Kleti na kmetiji so s konca predprejšnjega stoletja, govorimo lahko torej o vinarjih s tradicijo. Dobro vino raste v vinogradu, klet ga lahko le ohrani. V toplem objemu sončnih žarkov, ko pomlad zunaj že kima,

dvignimo čaše penine,

friko in pršut Gigija Zualda

za začetek pri mizi pokusimo

artičoke po pomladi dišeče,

za njimi pa takoj so že na vrsti

ulivanci, s tem, kar nam je narava že prinesla

in

mali poitalijančeni žlikrofi.

Ob žlahtnem vinu pa si privoščimo

pegatko, ki je zadremala med poklco

pa še

srno v pomladanski obleki.

Na naše prvo druženje za bogato obloženo mizo vas vabimo v Cormons, kjer se srečujeta tradicija Joška Sirka in z Michelinovo zvezdico ovenčana inovativnost Alessandra Gavagne ter bogata kultura in tradicija Italije in še posebej Furlanije, s tradicijo Slovenije. Ta stičišča so kot nalašč za tkanje novih povezav med ljudmi obeh dežel in za zbliževanje vseh nas živećih v regijah Alpe-Adria. Srečajmo se ob odlični hrani in pijači in spletimo vezi novih prijateljstev in poslovnih sodelovanj.

Večerja se začne ob 19.30 z aperitivom, dobrodošli pa ste, da se nam pridružite že ob 18h ter si skupaj z nami ogledate tudi celotno posestvo.

Cena večerje, ki vključuje tudi vsa zgoraj navedena vina, je 70,00 eur na osebo (specialna cena za naš prvi tovrstni dogodek), rezervacija pa je potrjena s plačilom na račun do najkasneje 13. aprila. (plačilne koordinate so na dnu - pod vabilom v italijanščini)

PREVOZ: Iz Ljubljane (in nazaj) bo organiziran prevoz. Skupen prevoz ni dobrodošel le zato, ker lahko tako mirno uživate v vinih, ki bodo spremljala večerjo, ampak nudi tudi možnozt za navezovanje stikov ter prijeten klepet že med vožnjo. Cena prevoza bo znašala 25 eur na osebo. Odhod iz Ljubljane bo ob 16h. Avtobus se plača ob odhodu.

Per il nostro primo incontro di alta cucina, siete gentilmente invitati a Cormons dove la tradizione di Joško Sirk incontra l’innovazione. Con il grande chef Michelin, il pluri premiato Alessandro Gavagna, si uniranno la cultura gastronomica italiana e slovena per fare nascere delle nuove storie di gusti e di aromi. Un posto giusto per far incontrare la gente dei due paesi, che appartengono entrambi alla regione Alpino-Adriatica. Un modo per costruire nuove amicizie e collaborazioni professionali per godere della bellezza dei luoghi e per lasciarci viziare dalle specialità della regione.

La cena inizierà con un aperitivo alle 19.30, ma sarete i benvenuti già alle 18.00 per fare con noi una passeggiata per conoscere i meravigliosi dintorni.
